  4. Attention to people (think about others, and not just yourself). The attention of the people around you should be directed to colleagues, superiors and subordinates.   6. Literacy (speak and write good language). Internal documents or external agencies should contain the appropriate language using the letters, and pay attention to all appropriate names without errors. Don’t use abusive language.
